    We offer a full suite of purchasing services guiding you through the process from start to finish. Once we’ve finalised your search brief, we’ll set out to find you your dream home, utilising our contacts with solicitors and estate agents in the area.

    Our expertise and connections enable us to open the doors that others simply can’t, and we are often the first people called when an off-market property becomes available. We can attend viewings on your behalf, before short-listing suitable properties for you to visit in person, if required. We’ll negotiate on your behalf, liaising with your lawyer and any advisors to ensure a swift transaction.

  • Negotiation.

    We are always at our clients’ disposal and are delighted to offer our expertise whenever it may be needed.

    If you have found the ideal property but need some guidance with the final aspects of the purchase, we are always happy to assist. OUR PROCESS.

  • Consultation.

    Your search begins with a personal consultation. This is an opportunity for us to get a clear idea of your requirement and needs, including must-haves and like-to-haves. We’ll create a bespoke plan to shortlist the very best properties, both on and off-market, that are tailored to the needs of you and your family.

  • Engagement.

    We’ll set out our terms of engagement and provide you with a copy of our terms of business. Once these have been agreed, we’ll carry out our due diligence, including compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

  • Search.

    We’ll provide you with impartial advice and market intel to make smart decisions. Using the information provided in your consultation, we’ll start to shape your search giving you advice on pricing, locations, schools, renovation and planning considerations and any other information which might be helpful. We’ll conduct a targeted, hand-delivered mail drop and we’ll leverage our wide network of solicitor and estate agency contacts to identify properties which are available off-market, in addition to those that are advertised online.

  • Negotiation.

    Once we’ve found you the right property, we’ll negotiate the deal on your behalf, ensuring we put you in the ‘preferred buyer’ position amongst the competition. We have an excellent reputation and are experienced in negotiating, giving our clients the winning edge. Whether you’re buying at a competitive closing date, or on an off-market transaction, we’ll use our expertise to tip the scale in your favour.

  • Conclusion.

    Once your offer has been accepted, we will oversee the purchase process through to conclusion of missives (known as exchange of contracts in the rest of the UK). We’ll work closely with your solicitor, surveyor and any other advisors to ensure the transaction progresses as smoothly as possible. It’s at this stage that problems often arise and where we can add significant value. We’ll only advise you to go ahead once everything is in place.

  • Completion.

    We’ll continue to work with you until completion, ensuring the move goes smoothly. Our relationship with our clients does not end when the sale has completed - we can offer our expertise on the very best architects, interior designers, and builders if needed. We understand that our clients are not just buying a property, they are often buying a home, and we can help settle you into the area, whether that is providing recommendations on the best spots to eat and drink, introducing you neighbours and advising on any additional or future property needs.
